Back in 2015, Aluminium International Today explored the rising demand for bauxite and the opening of a new mining project in Guinea. As aluminium plays a bigger role in the modern world, this demand for bauxite is expected to continue. Nadine Bloxsome spoke to Bernard Pryor of Alufer Mining, which is developing the Bel Air mine to find out what stage the project is now at and the focus going forward.
