El presente artículo retoma publicaciones anteriores sobre la labor del Comité Jurídico Interamericano. En esta ocasión, nos ocuparemos de las labores de dicho órgano de la Organización de los Estados Americanos correspondientes a los años 2012, 2013 y 2014, en particular, al desarrollo de temas tan importantes para la agenda jurídica del sistema interamericano tales como el fortalecimiento del sistema interamericano de derechos humanos, las sociedades por acción simplificadas y la ley modelo propuesta por el Comité Jurídico en esta materia, la responsabilidad social de las empresas en el campo de los derechos humanos y el medio ambiente, la protección de bienes culturales en casos de conflicto armado y el contenido de la ley modelo propuesta por el Comité Jurídico en este tema, la diversidad cultural en el desarrollo del derecho internacional y laguía de principios elaborada por el Comité, entre otros temas.

The present article takes up previous publications on the work of the Inter-American JuridicalCommittee. This time, we will take on the activities of that organ of the Organization of American States during the years 2012, 2013 and 2014, particularly, the development of such important topics for the legal agenda of the inter-American system such as the strengthening of the inter- American human rights system, the simplified stock corporations and the model legislation proposed by the Inter-American Juridical Committee on that topic, the social responsibility of companies in the area of human rights and the environment, the protection of cultural property in cases of armed conflict and the model legislation proposed by the Committee on that issue, the cultural diversity in the development of international law and the guidelines prepared by theCommittee, among other topics.
