ABSTRACT: Deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty [DALK] is now the standard procedure in cases of anteriorly located corneal opacities where descemet membrane and endothelium are unaffected.Ingrowth of new vessels along the graft-host interface will hamper the optical function of the graft. We report a case of post DALK interface neovascularisation managed by injection of 0.1ml of bevacizumab[ 2.5mg] at the graft-host junction.
