Resumen de Situación educativa actual de las actividades físicas en el medio natural: planteamientos y soluciones

  “Aquellas actividades eminente motrices llevadas a cabo en un medio natural con una clara intención educativa”, así define Aguado (2001) las AFMN, tratando con este artículo acercarlas e integrarlas de una manera real a nuestras clases de E.F. Mientras el Decreto 1631/2006, de 29 de diciembre, establece para la materia de E.F., como 4º bloque de contenidos, las Actividades en el Medio Natural, y lo que es más, hace referencia explícita a este tipo de actividades dentro de los objetivos de área, es el propio currículo un claro limitador de las mismas, debido a su visión reduccionista. No hay duda de que, como se profundizará durante el artículo, las AFMN contribuyen a dos aspectos de gran importancia dentro del currículo, haciendo referencia a la Educación en Valores y al desarrollo de las Competencias Básicas. Por otro lado, y como bien destaca Santos (2002) “las AFMN no resultan muy digeribles desde lo escolar”, por esta razón, este artículo analizará, tanto la problemática que puede crear el llevar a cabo este tipo de actividades dentro de nuestras clases de E.F., como sus posibles soluciones.

  “Those activities which are mainly motor and are practised in a natural enviroment with a clear educative intention”, that´s the form that Aguado (2001) defines the Physical Activities in a Natural Enviroment, trying with this article to get them closer and integrate them in a real way to our P.E. classes. While the Decreto 1631/2006, 29th December, estipulates for the P.E. subjet, as 4th block of contents, the Activities in a Natural Enviroment, and furthermore it makes explicit reference to that kind of activities in the aims area, it´is the currículo itself a clear restrictive of them, due to its narrow vision. There´s no doubt that, as this article will go in depth, the PANE contribute to two so important aspects inside the curriculo, making reference to the Values Education and the development of the Basic Competences.

  On the other hand, as Santos (2002) emphasizes, “the PANE aren´t so easy to digest in the escolar context”, for that reason, this article will analyze the problems that can be created by that activities in our P.E. classes, and their possible solutions.
