    La hidatidosis es una patología infrecuente en nuestro medio, la cual puede generar complicaciones evolutivas de gravedad variable. Presentamos el caso de un varón de 66 años que acude a Urgencias por cuadro de ictericia colestásica e hiperamilasemia generada por la migración de material hidatídico a la vía biliar por rotura y fistulización del quiste.

    Hydatidosis is an uncommon pathology in our area, which can generate evolutionary complications of varying severity. We present the case of a 66-year-old man admitted to the emergency services for cholestatic jaundice and hyperamylasemia caused by the migration of hydatid material to the bile duct by rupture and fistulization of the cyst.
