Resumen de El trabajo cognitivo en el capitalismo contemporáneo: esurgimiento y la evolución del sector de software en Argentina y Brasil

  El propósito de este artículo es analizar el trabajo cognitivo en el sector de software en Argentina y Brasil, considerado paradigmático de las transformaciones del capitalismo contemporáneo.

  Los dos países tienen diferentes caminos que se manifiestan en la organización del trabajo. A pesar de las diferencias históricas en su constitución y tamaño, en ambos casos la industria introduce cambios significativos en términos de empleo, ocupación, formación y producción que requieren un replanteamiento del mundo del trabajo y de las categorías de análisis utilizadas. Para esta discusión, hemos organizado el texto con una discusión inicial sobre el trabajo cognitivo, seguimos con la evolución de la industria del software en Argentina y Brasil comparando ambos, y concluimos con los retos que impone un trabajo considerado creativo y autónomo.

  The purpose of this article is to analyze the cognitive work in the software sector in Argentina and Brazil.

  This sector is considered paradigmatic to understande the transformations of contemporary capitalism.

  The two countries have different paths that are manifested in the organization of work. Despite the historical differences in its constitution and size in both countries, this sector introduces significant changes in terms of employment, occupation, training and production that requires a rethinking the world of work and the categories of analysis used. For this discussion, we have organized the text with an initial discussion of the cognitive work, the evolution of the software industry in Argentina and Brazil with the comparison of the two countries and concluding with the challenges that it imposes in a creative work considered creative and autonomous.
