    Faced with the economic reality experienced in our country, in these times, with the stagnation of the economy, with the increase of taxes, with the risk of layoffs and with loss of population purchasing power, we try to observe with this work some basic and Contribute and aggravate this reality of society. In order to begin to understand the economic functioning involved, there is a need for surveys of initial points of tension in social economic relations, involving the private sector, the main agent in the realization of the economy, and the public sector (State), which coexists, interferes and alters This productive reality. With brief notes there may be a clear explanation of the involvement of such sectors and how basically the business relationships are involved, generating a characteristic economic system, from which we can perhaps extract some pillars that determine such a market.

    Diante da realidade econômica vivenciada em nosso País, nestes tempos, com a estagnação da economia, com o aumento de impostos, com o risco de demissões e com perda de poder aquisitivo populacional, tentamos observar com este trabalho, alguns básicos e pontuais temas que possam contribuir e agravar tal realidade da sociedade. Para o início de entendimento do funcionamento econômico envolvido, há necessidade de levantamentos de pontos iniciais de tensão nas relações econômicas sociais, que envolvem o setor privado, principal agente na realização da economia, e o setor público (Estado), que convive, interfere e altera esta realidade produtiva. Com breves apontamentos poderá haver a constatação de um panorama elucidativo do envolvimento de tais setores e de como basicamente as relações negociais se envolvem, gerando um sistema econômico característico, de onde possamos extrair, talvez, alguns pilares que determinam tal mercado.
