Resumen de Religiones universales y creatividad

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar las religiones universales desde la perspectiva de la creatividad. Más en concreto, lo que pretendemos estudiar es, en primer lugar, si se puede establecer este vínculo y, si es así, -en segundo lugar- sobre qué dimensiones o elementos podemos articular esa afirmación. Para llevar a cabo esta labor proponemos un recorrido en el que, en un primer momento, nos detendremos brevemente a analizar la Era Axial, caldo de cultivo en el que aparecen las religiones universales. Posteriormente, definiremos la noción de religión universal de la mano de Max Weber. Una vez realizada esta tarea de contextualización nos centraremos en el núcleo de la propuesta, que articularemos, principalmente, a través de dos apartados. En el primero, la idea de leap en la obra de Karl Jaspers será el elemento principal sobre el que asentemos el vínculo entre religión universal y creatividad. En el segundo, analizaremos una serie de dimensiones -propuestas por diferentes autores que han investigado en profundidad la Era Axial- con el objetivo de testar los términos en los que podemos relacionar concretamente religión universal y creatividad.

The aim of this paper is to analyze universal religions from the point of view of creativity. Firstly, we want to study, if we can find this bond, and, secondly, if it was be the case, over what aspects we could articulate this statement. To carry out this task we purpose a tour in which we will briefly analyze the Axial Age, breeding ground where universal religions was born. Afterwards, we’ll define universal religion in hand of Max Weber´s work. After this task of contextualization had been made, we’ll focus on the core of our proposal, articulated through two sections. In the first one, the ‘leap’ notion in Karl Jaspers work will be the common thread for studying if one link can connects universal religion and creativity. In the second one, we´ll analyze aspects –proposed for several authors who have provided insight into the Axial Age- for testing the terms in what we can link universal religion and creativity.
