Aplicación del Programa “HALF” para mejorar la comprensión lectora en niños de instituciones educativas de comunidades Shipibas en Ucayali

    El objetivo fue determinar en qué medida la aplicación del Programa “HALF” influye en la mejora de la comprensión lectora en las niñas y niños de Educación Inicial y Primaria de las Instituciones Educativas de las comunidades Shipibas de Yarinacocha en Ucayali. La investigación fue de carácter cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, nivel explicativo, y diseño cuasi experimental; la población estuvo conformada por 294 estudiantes distribuidos en 10 instituciones educativas del nivel inicial y primaria de las comunidades Shipibas de Yarinacocha; la muestra fue no probabilística y estuvo constituida por 155 niñas y niños. En los resultados se tiene que en el Pre Test, en el grupo experimental se obtuvo una media aritmética de 10,57 y en el grupo de control 9,27; respecto a la mediana, en el grupo experimental se tiene 12 y en el grupo control 10, asimismo respecto a la moda en el grupo experimental es 12 y en el grupo de control es 10; respecto al Post Test, en el grupo experimental se tiene una media aritmética de 13,26 y en el grupo de control 11,27, respecto a la mediana, en el grupo experimental se tiene 14 y en el grupo de control 12, y acerca de la moda en el grupo experimental se tiene 14 y en el de control 10, respecto al puntaje máximo en el grupo experimental se tiene 20 mientras que en el de control es 14. El aporte de la presente investigación considera que con un nivel de significancia del 5 % y una Z=-5,76, se ha demostrado que la aplicación del Programa “HALF” ha servido para mejorar favorable y significativamente la comprensión lectora en las niñas y niños.

    The objective was to determine the extent to which the application of the “HALF” Program influences the improvement of reading comprehension in the girls and boys of Initial and Primary Education of the Educational Institutions of the Shipibas communities of Yarinacocha in Ucayali. The research was quantitative, applied type, explanatory level, and quasi experimental; tha population consisted of 294 students distributed in 10 educational institutions of the initial and primary level of the Shipibas communities of Yarinacocha; the sample was no probabilistic and consisted of 155 girls and boys. In the results we have that in the Pre Test, in the experimental group we obtained an arithmetic mean of 10,57 and in the control group 9,27; regarding the median, in the experimental group we have 12 and in the control group 10, also with respect to the fashion in the experimental group it is 12 and in the control group it is 10; regarding the post test, in the experimental group we have an arithmetic mean of 13,26 and in the control group 11,27, with respect to the median, in the experimental group we have 14 and in the control group 12, and of the fashion in the experimental group we have 14 and in the control group 10, regarding the maximum score in the experimental group we have 20 while in the control group it is 14. The contribution of the present investigation considers that with a level of significance of 5% and a Z = -5,76 , it has been demonstrated that the application of the “HALF” Program has served to improve favorably and significantly the reading comprehension in girls and children.
