  La libertad de circulación de los trabajadores es un principio fundamental de los ciudadanos de la Unión Europea. Libertad que otorga el derecho a desplazarse libremente a otro Estado miembro para trabajar o residir en el mismo a efectos laborales. La libre circulación y movilidad de los trabajadores comunitarios es uno de los elementos claves para el desarrollo de un mercado de trabajo de la Unión más integrado y competitivo, aumentando así la diversidad y contribuyendo a la inclusión e integración social de las personas excluidas del mercado laboral.

  Libertad de circulación de trabajadores que se encuentra consagrada en el artículo 45 TFUE y que analizamos a propósito de la reciente sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea, de fecha 18 de julio de 2017, asunto C-566/15, que pone en cuestión la interpretación y armonización de este principio fundamental en plena vinculación con la discriminación entre trabajadores y la igualdad de condiciones laborales requeridas.

  The free movement of national workers of the member States:

  discrimination because of nationality and equality of labour conditions.

  Special reference to the sentence of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the case C-566/15.The free movement of workers i s a fundamental right of the citizens of the European Union. Freedom that gives the right to travel freely to another member State in order to work or reside in it for labour purposes. The free movement and circulation of workers of the European Union is one of the key elements for the development of one job market of the Union more integrated and competitive, incrementing in this way the diversity and contributing to the social inclusion and integrity of the excluded persons of the job market. Freedom of movement of workers which is established in the article 45 of the EUFT and that we analyse concerning the recent sentence of the Court of Justice of the European Union, dated 18 July 2017, case C- 566/15, which questions the interpretation and the community harmonization of this fundamental principle in correlation with the discrimination between workers and the equality of the required labour conditions.
