  El presente artículo puede ser caracterizado como un trabajo de historia cultural. Su objetivo es interpretar los delitos de fornicación entre miembros de minorías religiosas y mujeres cristianas de la Séptima Partida atendiendo al entramado jurídico y simbólico del que formaban parte. Para ello, aprovecharemos las aportaciones de diferentes ciencias sociales que pueden arrojar luz sobre la materia.

  This article can be regarded as a cultural history study. It is aimed at interpreting the crimes of fornication between members of religious minorities and Christian women as set out in the seventh part of the Siete Partidas (the Seven-Part Code) based on the legal and symbolic framework containing them. In order to do this, we make use of contributions from various branches of social sciences that may shed light on the issue
