Se presenta un caso de homocistinuria comparándolo con un cuadro de Marfan, ambos de igual edad cronológica. Se hacen algunas consideraciones en torno al diagnóstico diferencial de ambos cuadros.

A case of homeocystinuria is studied, and also it is confronted with a clinical picture of Marfan syndrome, both patients had the same age. The authors make some reflection about the discriminating diagnosis of the two clinical pictures.
