  Las actuales condiciones de restablecimiento de las relaciones Estados Unidos-Cuba exigen a los profesores deHistoria de Cuba profundizar en su preparación aprovechando los elementos que ofrece la historia en general y en particular lacultura comunitaria en su relación con la historia local pues es en la comunidad donde los hombres alcanzan su completarealización. El empleo del método dialéctico materialista y otros del nivel teórico (histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, inductivo-deductivo) permitieron ofrecer consideraciones teóricas sobre la relación e importancia de la cultura comunitaria, la historialocal y la nacional en el proceso de formación del profesional de la educación superior pedagógica.

  The current conditions for the restoration of US-Cuba relations require professors of Cuban History to deepentheir preparation by taking advantage of the elements offered by history in general and, in particular, community culture in itsrelationship with local history, as it is in the community where men reach their full realization. The use of the materialistdialectical method and others of the theoretical level (historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive) allowed tooffer theoretical considerations about the relationship and importance of community culture, local and national history in theprocess of formation of the professional of pedagogical higher education.
