    El objeto de este trabajo es avanzar en la homogeneización del trato de los nacionales y de los extranjeros en el acceso a la nacionalidad española por residencia. Se subraya la necesidad de una intervención legislativa, de acuerdo con la contribución doctrinal y jurisprudencial, destinada a extender, por analogía, en nombre de la vinculación histórica a España, la disciplina vigente aplicable a las poblaciones de extranjeros, como la comunidad sefardita o los habitantes de Guinea Ecuatorial, en favor de los saharauis, cuyo trato discriminatorio que reciben no tiene ningún fundamento ni razones sistemáticas y lógicas.

    The aim of this study is to reach the homogenization of the treatment of nationals and foreigners in the access to Spanish nationality by residence. It emphasizes the need for a legislative intervention, in accordance with the doctrinal and jurisprudential contribution, in order to extend, by analogy, in the name of the historical link to Spain, the current discipline applicable to the populations of foreigners, such as the Sephardic community or the inhabitants of Equatorial Guinea, in favor of the inhabitants of Western Sahara, whose discriminatory treatment don’t have a systematic and logic foundation.
