El propósito del artículo es analizar la jurisprudencia emanada de la Sala de lo Civil y Penal del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Castilla-La Mancha en relación con el arbitraje. De este modo, podrán conocerse cuáles son los criterios fundamentales que viene consagrando el órgano judicial respecto de las labores de apoyo y control del sistema privado de justicia que tiene encomendado conforme a la Ley de Arbitraje (LA).

The aim of this paper is to analyze the jurisprudence from Civil and Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha in relation to arbitration. In this way, it will be known the fundamental criteria of the judicial court regarding the matters of support and control of arbitration in civil and commercial matters according to the Arbitration Spanish Act.
