    El interés de hacer este estudio, parte posteriormente al haber escuchado las diferentes ponencias de los programas que se están llevando en países latinoamericanos y europeos, especialmente en España para atender la población que se encuentra en la etapa de envejecimiento. Como es bien sabido el ser humano tiene varias etapas durante su ciclo de vida que se inicia desde el momento mismo de su nacimiento, hasta llegar al envejecimiento; que no es otra cosa que las alteraciones en el organismo, producida por el paso del tiempo, que conducen a pérdidas funcionales y a su vez a la muerte. Desde esta perspectiva examinaremos los distintos ámbitos sobre la situación social económica y política del adulto mayor.

    The interest to make this study, later leaves to the listened to salary the different communications from the programs that are taking in Latin American and European countries, specially in Spain to take care of the population that is in the aging stage. As well he is known the human being has several stages during his service life that begins from the same moment of its birth, to arriving at the aging; that it is not another thing that the alterations in the organism, produced by the passage of time, that lead as well to functional losses and to the death. From this perspective we will examine the different scopes on the economic and political social situation of the greater adult.
