    Se trata de razonar la libertad que tiene el testador a la hora de realizar su testamento. El testador tiene la libre disposición de sus bienes pero debe actuar conforme la normativa jurídica. Son muchos los casos planteados en los tribunales a cerca de la validez de esta cláusula.
