Placement test is the starting point of anylanguage teaching programs, and it is thefoundation of learner-centered teaching.However, very few researches on placementtests have been done in this field, and thegeneral situation of these tests in China arerarely known to the researchers. Therefore, thispaper investigates the problems in theplacement test of teaching Chinese as foreignlanguage by the approach of questionnaire,intending to draw attention from variouslanguage teaching institution and attract moreresearchers to conduct in-depth furtherresearches in this field.
