The paper aims at analyzing the new statute of the town of Pontida, which provides some women's parking spaces. First, I contextualize the action itself from the point of view of the legal framework. Secondly, I provide an insight of the most important provisions of the statute, emphasizing the high rate of discrimination that the women's parking spaces of Pontida contains.
