Resumen de Les circulations mondialisées en Afrique: promotion, adaptation et contournement

  Assuming the role of large transport infrastructures to improve human and good flows in Africa, this paper discusses the ways in which the stakeholders can grasp the issues link to global flows, in their multi-level and multi-scalar power relationships. Between political incantations, reorganisation of public-private relations, hybridization of various circulation means and the use of these circulations as opposition force, the analysis of relations between circulations and territories allows to enter in african contrasted situations in a world where easier and speedier circulations are imperatives.

  En partant du constat que les grandes infrastructures de transport permettent aujourd’hui à une partie des hommes et des marchandises du continent africain de circuler plus loin et plus vite, cet article discute des manières dont les acteurs, dans leurs rapports de pouvoirs et à différentes échelles, se saisissent des circulations marchandes mondialisées. Entre incantations politiques, réorganisations des relations public-privé, hybridation des moyens de circuler et usages différenciés, l’analyse permet de rendre compte de situations africaines contrastées.
