    Debido al creciente interés por las distintas actividades lúdico-deportivas, que se pueden realizar a grandes alturas, trataremos de exponer en este artículo la fisiología subyacente, ciñéndonos al ser humano y sus correspondientes adaptaciones a la altitud, así como resolver las posibles dudas que puedan surgir al sufrir la exposición a estas alturas concretas.

    Due to the increasing interest for the different recreational and sporting activities, which can be realized to big heights, we will try to explain the underlying physiology, focusing on the human being and his corresponding adjustments to the altitude, as well as to solve the possible doubts that could arise when someone is exposed to this specific situation.
