Resumen de Concesión de permisos de salida al agresor de género

  En este trabajo se analiza de forma indirecta la influencia de los factores incluidos en la Tabla de Variables de Riesgo (TVR) y la Tabla de Concurrencia de Circunstancias Peculiares (M-CCP) en el proceso de concesión de permisos ordinarios de salida a condenados por la comisión de delitos de violencia de género. Para ello, se selecciona la información obtenida en el marco del proyecto de investigación "El agresor de género: tipologías, estrategias y tratamiento" (MICIIN-DER2010-16003) que guarda relación con los diferentes aspectos que componen las tablas y se examina su relación con el disfrute de permisos por los internos que configuran la muestra. Al mismo tiempo, se valora la influencia de aspectos psicosociales específicos vinculados a la violencia de género en el proceso de concesión de permisos. Entre los resultados obtenidos destaca la capacidad predictora de las variables referidas a la previa realización de salidas al exterior, así como una falta total de relación con las actitudes y pensamientos sexistas que pueda presentar el interno. Todo ello parece apuntar hacia el predominio de una percepción homogénea y monolítica del agresor de género en lo que se refiere a la concesión de los permisos de salida ordinarios, matizada allí donde haya tenido la oportunidad de demostrar previamente su capacidad para hacer un buen uso de otro tipo de salidas.

  This paper analyses indirecty the influence of the factors listed in the Table of Risk Variables (Spanish abbreviation: TVR) and the Table of Concurrence of Peculiar Circumstances (Spanish abbreviation: M-CCP) in the process of granting regular prison furloughs to inmates convicted of gender violence offenses. To this end, it is selected the information obtained in the frame-work of the research project "The aggressor in gender violence: typologies, strategies and treatment" (MICIIN-DER2010-16003), which is related to the different aspects that make up the tables and it is examined their relationship with furloughs obtention by the inmates that form the sample. At the same time, it is valued the influence of psycho-social specific aspects linked to gender-based violence in the process of granting permits. Among the results, it is highlighted the ability of the predictor variables relating to previous exit permits, as well as a total lack of relation ship with any sexist attitudes and thoughts that the inmate may show. All of this seems to point towards the predominance of a monolithic and homogeneous perception of the perpetrator of gender violence when granting exit permits, which is nuanced when the inmate has had previously the opportunity to show his ability to make good use of another type of exits.
