Resumen de Emociones capitalistas: La escuela de la ignorancia y la servidumbre voluntaria

Las nuevas formas del capitalismo lo caracterizan como un capitalismo de la emoción. Esto provoca una disolución inducida de la capacidad racional de la población y un auge de la "gestión emocional" y de la motivación. Sin embargo, se apunta en el artículo cómo estas se convierten en eficaces formas de lograr el sometimiento de la mayoría social a los dictados y necesidades de las empresas y a las nuevas configuraciones del mercado laboral. Se señala, asimismo, la transformación que esto supone para los sistemas escolares, encargados ahora de promover la pura adaptabilidad de los futuros trabajadores precarios al nuevo contexto capitalista globalizados. El nuevo papel de la escuela sera garantizar la "disolución de la lógica" y la entrega de los nuevos escolares a la servidumbre voluntaria a través de la manipulación emocional y la psicología positiva como métodos de control social, configurándose como una auténtica "escuela de la ignorancia".

The new forms of capitalism characterize it as a capitalism of emotion. Thes leads to an induced dissolution of the rational capacity of the population and a tool in "emotional management" and motivation. However, it is pointed out in the article how these become effective ways of achieving the submission of the social majority to the dictates and needs of companies and the new cofigurations of the labor market. It also points out the transformation that this implies for school systems, which are now responsible for promoting the sheer adaptability of future precarious workers to the new globalized capitalist context. The new role of the school will be to ensure the "dissolution of logic" and the delivery of school-children to voluntary servitude through emotional manipulation and positive psychology as methods of social control, becoming a true "school of ignorance".
