Procedimiento para el diagnóstico del proceso de control de gestión basado en variables fuzzy para la incertidumbre

    El control de gestión desarrolla actividades de planificación, control y diagnóstico, para que las reglas de gestión locales se correspondan con la estrategia trazada por la organización. En este artículo hemos englobado dentro del proceso diagnóstico el tratamiento de la incertidumbre, para el análisis de situaciones donde elementos subjetivos entrar a jugar un papel importante. La investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un procedimiento para el perfeccionamiento del proceso de control de gestión empresarial basándose en la teoría de los subconjuntos borrosos o lógica fuzzy, permitiendo dotar a la empresa de una herramienta para su diagnóstico permanente. Como método se utiliza la teoría de los subconjuntos borrosos, apoyado en el Método Fuzzy-Delphi, para evaluar las fortalezas y limitantes presentes en el proceso de control de gestión. A los efectos de su aplicación hemos utilizado el soporte estadístico SPSS versión 21.0. Se estructuraron dos matrices para la jerarquización de las fortalezas y limitantes estableciéndose las medidas de intervención para cada una de ellas.

    The management control develops planning, control and diagnostic activities, so that the local management rules correspond to the strategy drawn up by the organization. In this article we have included in the diagnostic process the treatment of uncertainty, for the analysis of situations where subjective elements play an important role. The investigation has as objective to develop a procedure for the improvement of the process of control of managerial administration being based on the theory of the subsets blurred or logical fuzzy, allowing to endow to the company of a tool for its permanent diagnosis. As a method, the theory of fuzzy subsets is used, supported by the Fuzzy-Delphi Method, to evaluate the strengths and limitations present in the management control process. For the purposes of its application we have used the statistical support SPSS version 21.0. Two matrices were structured for the hierarchy of strengths and limitations, establishing the intervention measures for each one of them.
