La estimulación del talento verbal como necesidad educativa especial: Caso Cuba

    El artículo revela el tratamiento a las insuficiencias sobre la atención al talento, por constituir este una necesidad educativa especial, a la vez que su fundamentación deviene en problema epistemológico actual. La persistencia de tal limitación es causa de incomprensión pedagógica de la diversidad de los educandos en el plano intelectual, lo que genera insuficiencias en la modificabilidad y diversificación de las estrategias para su atención educativa. En consecuencia, se socializa la experiencia del caso Cuba acerca de la estructuración teórica de una concepción pedagógica, su contenido articula contribuciones en torno a la definición del concepto de talento verbal, los niveles de formación de este, la caracterización psicopedagógica del escolar primario con talento verbal, las premisas que direccionan el proceso de estimulación y el principio de la combinación pedagógica de la aceleración y el enriquecimiento; todo lo cual se introduce en la práctica educativa por el maestro mediante una estrategia pedagógica. En la investigación se empleó como método fundamental el estudio de casos, que integra el análisis longitudinal del comportamiento del proceso de estimulación en una muestra única de escolares cubanos entre los años 2007 y 2013. Las aportaciones a la teoría pedagógica se obtienen de la interpretación hermenéutica de las evidencias obtenidas en los cortes transversales del estudio cualitativo, de cuyo ascenso dialéctico se establecen generalizaciones teóricas sometidas al análisis crítico de docentes y expertos de la comunidad científica. Los resultados más significativos radican en la mejora continua de la formación de docentes para el diagnóstico, la estimulación y la evaluación del talento, y el tránsito gradual de los escolares de la muestra por los niveles de formación del talento establecidos en la investigación.

    The article reveals the treatment to the insufficiencies about the attention to the talent, to constitute this a special educational necessity, at the same time that their foundation becomes problematic epistemology. The persistence of such a limitation is cause of pedagogic incomprehension of the diversity of the students in the intellectual plane, what generates insufficience in the modifiability and diversification of the strategies for its educational attention. In consequence, the experience of the case Cuba is socialized about the theoretical structuring of one pedagogic conception, its content was modeled it articulates the definition of the concept of verbal talent, the levels of formation of this, the primary scholar's characterization psychopedagogic with verbal talent, the premises that address the stimulation process and the principle of the pedagogic combination of the acceleration and the enrichment; all that which is introduced in the educational practice by the teacher by means of a pedagogic strategy.

    In the investigation it was used as fundamental method the study of cases that integrates the longitudinal analysis of the behavior of the stimulation process in a unique sample of Cuban scholars among the years 2007 and 2013. The contributions to the pedagogic theory are obtained of the interpretation hermeneutic of the evidences analyzed in the traverse cuts of the qualitative study of whose dialectical ascent subjected theoretical generalizations settle down to the critical analysis of teachers and experts of the scientific community. The most significant results reside in the continuous improvement of the formation of educational for the diagnosis, the stimulation and the evaluation of the talent, and the gradual traffic of the scholars of the sample for the levels of formation of the talent settled down in the investigation.
