    Este texto procura hacer memoria del proceso de armar una bienal de arte contemporáneo, y cómo seguir idealizando este proyecto a largo plazo. Se trata de una relatoría del proceso de gestión y de cómo se enfatizó una mirada sensible desde el trabajo ejecutivo. Busca saber brevemente cómo fue producir esta edición, mencionar cómo se desenvolvió una curaduría coherente con la realidad de la ciudad, con la realidad de ser una institución local de cultura y evidencia cómo esta bienal, enfrentó la realidad del Ecuador.

    This text seeks to recall the process of assembling a biennial of contemporary art, and how to continue to idealize this project in the long term, a report on the management process, and how a sensitive view was emphasized from the executive work, briefly know how it was to produce this edition, to mention how a curatorship coherent with the reality of the city developed, with the reality of being a local institution of culture and how to face the reality of Ecuador from Cuenca and from this Biennial.
