  The article proposes some reflections on the issue of gender violence and how feminism has been infiltrating the criminal justice sphere, in order to promote creative reforms of subjects / women as part of the process instead of mere objects of it. Thus, it analyzes the reactions perpetrated by feminism against the hegemonic conjuncture that is imposed on women in the form of law.

  O artigo propõe algumas reflexões sobre a questão da violência de gênero e o modo como o feminismo vem se infiltrando na esfera da Justiça Criminal, objetivando promover reformas criadoras de sujeitos/mulheres como parte do processo em vez de meros objetos dele. Dessa forma, analisa as reações perpetradas pelo feminismo frente à conjuntura hegemônica que se impõe às mulheres na forma de lei.
