    El turismo y el ecoturismo son uno de los sectores económicos con mayor crecimiento en Colombia. La riqueza ecosistémica y cultural con la que cuenta el país propicia espacios para su desarrollo. En este sentido, formular proyectos que aprovechen estas ventajas competitivas, son ideales para fortalecer los componentes culturales, económicos y ambientales en los diferentes territorios. Dado este escenario, se presenta el sistema administrativo y gerencial para la dirección y gestión del circuito de ecoturismo y transporte sustentable entre la localidad de Usaquén, el municipio de La Calera, la antigua fábrica La Siberia y el Parque Nacional Natural Chingaza. En el estudio, se aplicó desde el enfoque sistémico una metodología de tipo documental. A partir de esto, se desarrolló el diagnóstico y se formuló la propuesta para el sistema de gestión empresarial, el sistema de gestión ambiental, y los planes estratégico, operativo y táctico que se plantean para la organización productiva que se hará cargo del sistema. Esta propuesta tiene los componentes esenciales para el futuro desarrollo del proyecto y plantea un factor diferenciador importante, dado que en la base del sistema están los valores morales que definen su actuar, y son las personas su razón de ser. En este sentido, la gerencia debe tener la visión para lograr consolidarlo como un destino turístico de clase mundial.

    Tourism and ecotourism are one of the fastest growing economic sectors in Colombia. The ecosystemic and cultural richness that the country has, provides spaces for its development.

    In this sense, formulating projects that take advantage of these competitive advantages are ideal for strengthening the cultural, economic and environmental components in the different territories. Given this scenario, we present the administrative and managerial system for the management and management of the ecotourism and sustainable transport circuit between the town of Usaquén, the municipality of La Calera, the former factory La Siberia and the Chingaza Natural National Park. In the study, a document-type methodology was applied from the systemic approach. From this, the diagnosis was developed and the proposal was formulated for the business management system, the environmental management system, and the strategic, operational and tactical plans that are proposed for the productive organization that will take charge of the system. This proposal has the essential components for the future development of the project and raises an important differentiating factor, since at the base of the system are the moral values that define its action, and people are their raison d’être.

    In this sense, management must have the vision to consolidate it as a world-class tourist destination
