Resumen de ¿Quién teme al lector feroz? Sin título, de Hervé Tullet, y las convenciones del cuento clásico

  El cuento clásico o tradicional ha sido uno de los cimientos principales en los que ha sustentado su desarrollo el género álbum ilustrado. Partiendo de esta premisa, el objetivo del presente trabajo ha sido analizar la relación entre el cuento clásico y el álbum ilustrado postmoderno, en el caso concreto de una obra radicalmente metaficcional: Sin título, de Hervé Tullet (2013). Para llevar a cabo el análisis se han considerado instrumentos ya existentes, como los de Propp (1927), Silva-Díaz (2005) o Goldstone (2002). No obstante, al no tratarse de un texto narrativo propiamente dicho, las categorías se han extraído de la propia obra. Los resultados del análisis muestran el fuerte vínculo existente entre los dos géneros, aunque no se trata de una mera transposición de elementos, sino de todo un trabajo reflexivo y creativo.

  The fairy tale has been one of the main foundations that has supported the development of picture books. Based on this premise, the purpose of the present paper is to analyze the relationship be- tween the fairy tale and the postmodern picture book, in the speci c case of a rad- ically meta ctional work: Help! We need a title! by Hervé Tullet (2013). To carry out this analysis existing instruments have been considered, such as those of Propp (1927), Silva-Díaz (2005), or Goldstone (2002). Nevertheless, since it is not a proper nar- rative text, the analytic criteria has been extracted from the work itself.The results of this study demonstrate a strong link be- tween the two genres, although not a mere transposition of elements, but a whole work of re ection and creation.
