  • Artisanal fishing has been and remains one of the sectors with the highest accident rate in our country.

    According to serious studies in artisanal fisheries in the area of Galicia accidents are the small boats those that have the strongest claims. It is also observed that accidents occurred during operations of gear retrieval. Faced with this problem is to conduct a study that will further knowledge of the conditions in which the accident occurred, then to carry out the necessary measures to reduce the number of fatalities in this sector proposals.
