Resumen de La construcción del sujeto a partir de iconografías en buses urbanos

Esta investigación analiza la iconografía en carrocerías de buses en Barranquilla, para establecer si éstas se constituyen en elementos de la construcción del sujeto y la identidad cultural a partir de la comunicación iconológica. La metodología parte del análisis de 15 iconografías, igual número de entrevistas semiestructuradas a conductores y transeúntes, las que se interpretan mediante la semióticahermenéutica.
Los resultados se analizan con las tesis de Eco, Beuchot, Barthes y Lotman. Dentro de los hallazgos está el que los conductores se niegan a desaparecer del campo semiótico urbano y hacen valer su subjetividad con la comunicación iconológica.

This research analyzes the iconography in bus bodies in Barranquilla, in order to establish whether these are constituted elements of the construction of the subject and the cultural identity based on iconological communication. The methodology is based on the analysis of 15 iconographies, the same number of semi-structured interviews with drivers and transients, which are interpreted through semiotics-hermeneutics. The results are analyzed with the theses of Eco, Beuchot, Barthes and Lotman. Among the findings is that drivers refuse to disappear from the urban semiotic field and assert their subjectivity with iconological communication.
