Nowadays, knowledge management and organizational learning are important issue of human resource management. This study examines the relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning in the Oil Welfare Services Companies. This study is applied and descriptive correlational in terms of data collection. The samples consisted of 400 employees of Oil Welfare Services Companies among them, 196 people using Morgan table as the sample was selected using random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning.
