    En esta investigación hemos estudiado la Inteligencia Emocional Percibida (IEP) de las futuras maestras de magisterio Infantil de la Universidad de Alicante. Se ha realizado un estudio comparativo de la inteligencia emocional de docentes en su primer año de formación y docentes que han finalizado el grado de Magisterio Infantil, a través del Tmms-24. Realizando un análisis comparativo de las tres dimensiones que aborda la escala: atención emocional, comprensión emocional y regulación emocional. A la luz de los resultados se obtiene una diferencia significativa entre los dos grupos, lo que da lleva a la conclusión de que el desarrollo inicial docente, entre otros factores, es posible influya en esta variación.

    In this research we studied Perceived Emotional Intelligence (PEI) of the future teachers of teaching children at the University of Alicante. A comparative study of the emotional intelligence of teachers being done in your first year of training and teachers who have completed the degree of child teaching, through the Tmms-24. Conducting a comparative analysis of the three dimensions that approaches the scale: emotional attention, emotional understanding and emotional regulation. In the light of the results obtained a significant difference between the two groups, which leads to the conclusion that teacher initial development, among other factors, it is possible to influence this variation.
