    La profundización en el estudio de las Sociedades de Vida Apostólica es un camino abierto a la investigación jurídica actual. Proponemos caminos, dentro de las opciones jurídicas existentes en la Iglesia, que se puedan ajustar mejor a los carismas, optimizando las inquietudes de los fundadores de algunas SVA. Espacios jurídicos donde pueden cumplir mejor su fin, crecer, desarrollarse y vivir su razón de ser eclesial. Nuestra conclusión es que algunas SVA pueden transitar y convertirse en Asociaciones de Fieles Públicas Clericales.

    Deepening the study of the Societies of Apostolic Life is a path open to current legal research. We propose ways, within the juridical options existing in the Church that can be better adjusted to the charisms, optimizing the concerns of the founders of some Societies of Apostolic Life. Legal spaces where they can better fulfill their purpose, grow, develop and live their reason for being ecclesial. Our conclusion is that some Societies of Apostolic Life may transit and become a Clerical Public Association of the Faithful.
