  El estudio de un material herborizado recientemente, condujo al cono-cimiento de cinco especies nuevas para la flora portuguesa: Calystegia silvatica (Kit.) Griseb., Artemisia verlotorum Lamotte, Catananche lutea L., Taraxacum ruborum van Soest y Biarum bovei Blume. De cada una de ellas se da sinonimia, descripción y distribución geográfica, así como algunos datos sobre su ecología y fitosociología, y en algunos casos se incluye un dibujo de la planta. Se señala especialmente la presencia en Portugal de Catananche lutea y Biarum bovei, especies típicamente mediterráneas, cuya área de distribución queda prolongada en su límite nord-occidental.

  The study of recently herborized material led to the knowledge of yet the following group of new species for the Portuguese flora: Calystegia silvatica (Kit.) Gri-seb., Artemisia verlotorum Lamotte, Catananche lutea L., Taraxacum ruborum van Soest and Biarum bovei Blume. The synonymy, morphological description and distribution are given for each of them, some data on their ecology and phytosociology, and also, in some cases, a drawing, being added. Particularly to be noted is the presence in Portugal of Catananche lutea and Biarum bovei, typically Mediterranean species whose area of distribution is now widened in its northwestern boundaries.
