La propuesta que se formula tributa a la formación de valores, el desarrollo de estrategias curriculares y al trabajo de extensión universitaria. Esta alternativa se justifica por sus tres variantes, la teórica, la metodológica, y la práctica. En esta última se sustenta en la elaboración de programas docentes de pregrado y posgrado; el perfeccionamiento de estrategias curriculares e interdisciplinarias a nivel de departamentos y colectivos de asignaturas; la creación del aula virtual y el desarrollo de actividades de extensión universitaria, entre otros propósitos. El objetivo final que se persigue es fundamentar la necesidad de incorporar la enseñanza y la investigación del Derecho del Deporte en el proceso de formación del profesional de la Cultura Física y el Deporte en Cuba; empleando un enfoque integral en la labor educativa y política ideológica, con la finalidad de contribuir al desarrollo del valor justicia. Esta propuesta permite a la Universidad de Ciencias de la Cultura Física y el Deporte, ampliar y potenciar los marcos de investigación y desarrollo, insertar la ciencia del derecho en los procesos docentes e investigativos de los profesionales involucrados, formular propuestas de perfeccionamiento legislativo en torno al Derecho en el Deporte, perfeccionar el trabajo docente educativo, contribuir a formar y desarrollar el valor justicia, como eje de otros valores.

These proposal tributes to the values formation, the development of curricular strategies,and university extension work. This alternative is justified by its three variants, the theoretical, methodological, and practice. This choice is supported in the elaboration on the teaching programs of postgrad and university teaching, the theoretical, methodological, and practice. The last one is supported by the development of school programs and postgraduate improved curricular strategies and interdisciplinary at a department level and collective subjects, the creation of virtual classroom, and the development of university extension activities, among other purposes. The final objective of this research is to support the need to incorporate the teaching and investigation of sport right in the process of professional training of physical culture and sport in Cuba, using a holistic approach in the educative labor and political ideological, in order to contribute to the development of the justice value . This proposal allows to the University of Science of Physical Culture and Sports to expand and enhance the research and development frameworks; insert the science of the rights in the teaching and investigative process of the professionals involved, to formulate legislative improvement proposals around the Sports Right ; improving educational teaching work at the University of Sport; help to build and develop the value of justice, as the focus of ther values.
