Resumen de Actividad físico-recreativa en alumnos primarios: incidencia en la salud, cultura medioambiental y calidad de vida.

  En el siguiente artículo se argumenta la necesidad, para los alumnos del nivel primarios, poder interrelacionar la actividad físico-recreativa, promoción de salud, cultura medioambiental y su positiva influencia en la calidad de vida; como acción estratégica de las escuelas primarias. Teniendo en cuenta la correcta utilidad educativa y pedagógica de la realización de estas actividades en este nivel, pretendemos ofrecer nuestras consideraciones sobre la práctica beneficiosa en la prevención, desarrollo y rehabilitación de la salud, así como un medio para forjar el carácter, la disciplina, la toma de decisiones y el cumplimiento de las reglas, favoreciendo el desenvolvimiento de los practicantes en todos los ámbitos de la vida, encaminadas al uso del tiempo libre para ejercitar el cuerpo y la mente.

  In the following article one argues the necessity, for the primary students, of interrelating the physical-recreational activity, promotion of health, environmental culture and their positive influence in the quality of life, as strategic action of the primary schools. Keeping in mind the educational and pedagogic utility of the realization of these activities in this level, we seek to offer our considerations on the beneficial practice in the prevention, development and rehabilitation of the health, as well as a means to forge the character, the discipline, the taking of decisions and the execution of the rules, favoring the practitioner's development in all the environments of the life, guided to the use of the free time to exercise the body and the mind.
