    El presente trabajo: la tecnología y el  uso del tiempo libre en los alumnos del  módulo  8, paralelo, ´´b´´,  de la carrera de Educación Física  de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, Esta problemática detectada se inicia a partir de su objeto de estudio que hace referencia a como incide la  Tecnología en el uso del Tiempo Libre,. El objetivo  general fue crear un conjunto de acciones recreativas  y deportivas para fomentar  el buen uso  del tiempo libre en los alumnos del  módulo  8, paralelos , ´´B´´,  de la Carrera de Cultura Física  de la Universidad  Nacional de Loja. El tipo de estudio es cualitativo, tiene un diseño pre experimental se realizo u pre-test y un pos-test, lo cual permitió valorar y evaluar la alternativa que se propuso, su carácter o enfoque es cualitativo.

The overall objective create a set of recreational and sports activities to encourage good use of free time among students of Module 8, parallel,'' B'' Race of Physical Culture, National University of Loja. For the investigation of this problem appropriate methods and techniques that allowed the hypothesis, obtaining ASILA following conclusion, With sports and recreational activities could contribute to the good use of free time in the young module Seventh Race of Education were used Physical parallel and B to avoid excessive use of technology.
