    Este artículo estudia la novela negra como un género que disfruta en la actualidad de un gran éxito y prestigio en el panorama literario español. Tras un breve recorrido histórico por los orígenes del género y los diversos indicativos que señalan su auge, el principal interés del texto es destacar la figura de Dolores Redondo como autora fundamental para la historia de la novela negra española a partir de la lectura de sus obras y la consulta de diferentes entrevistas que proporcionan su testimonio más cercano.

    This article states that the crime novel is successful and enjoys great prestige in the current Spanish literary scene. After a brief historical tour through the origins of this genre and the several reasons that explain its growth, the main aim of the text is to highlight Dolores Redondo as an important author in the history of the Spanish crime novel by reading her books and consulting the different interviews that provide us her kindest point of view.
