La ponencia analiza el fundamento y sentido de los derechos de las víctimas en los sistemas penales español y mexicano, haciendo especial énfasis en la necesidad de adoptar un sistema judicial que tenga como referencia tres puntos de vista sobre el derecho a la justicia: que sea una justicia de corte restaurativo, procedimental y terapéutico.

The paper analyzes the basis and meaning of the rights of victims in the Spanish and Mexican penal systems, with special emphasis on the need to adopt a judicial system that has three points of view on the right to justice: Restorative, procedural and therapeutic justice.
