  • Resumen
    • Nearly a quarter of global deaths are associated with modifiable environmental factors, such as air, water, and soil pollution, climate change, chemical exposures, and UV radiation. Low- and middle-income countries bear the greatest burden of environmentally mediated disease, according to a new report from the World Health Organization (WHO), Preventing Disease Through Healthy Environments: A Global Assessment of the Burden of Disease From Environmental Risks (http://bit.ly/1YVwI2G).
