  This research brings as a background the globalization and arises from the need to examine its repercussions in labor law. The aim is to analyze the transformation that has impacted in human relations, being they economic, structural or sociological. Thusly, we outlined the mutations in labor relations where the banning of latches that shield the workers in the global market presents itself as an empirical reality in the search for the profit. A new look, invested with humanistic values, is proposed with the scope of recognizing the worker as a being worthy and protected. This investigation is bibliographic using dialectical method.

  O presente trabalho traz como pano de fundo a globalização e surge da necessidade de examinar suas repercussões no mundo laboral. Objetiva-se avaliar as transformações que impactaram na relações humanas, sejam elas econômicas, estruturais ou sociológicas. Destarte, delineiam-se as mutações juslaborais onde o banimento de freios que blindam os trabalhadores no mercado global apresentam-se como realidade empírica na busca pelo lucro infindo. Propõe-se um novo olhar voltado às atitudes dos atores envolvidos, que investido de valores humanísticos sopese o trabalhador como um ser apossado de dignidade e proteção. A pesquisa realizada é de cunho bibliográfico com utilização de método dialético.
