  En el Artículo de investigación hemos abordado la realidad de los Mbya Guaraní sureños del Paraguay, que fueron expulsados en los años 1970-1980 de su hábitat ancestral, la Isla Yacyretâ, para la construcción de la Represa Hidroeléctrica entre Paraguay y Argentina. Este pueblo vivió durante 15 años de manera dispersa, hasta que lograron relocalizarse, en donde hoy viven, según sus tradiciones culturales. Hemos analizado los factores que les permitieron desarrollar resiliencia desde el diseño cualitativo etnográfico, con técnicas de observación participante y entrevistas. En ellos, la resiliencia es un canto a la vida.

  For the present Research Article, we approached the reality of the southern Mbya Guarani of Paraguay. This ethnic group were expelled from their ancestral habitat, the Yacyretâ Island, during the years 1970-1980, to construction of the Hydroelectric Dam between Paraguay and Argentina. For 15 years, Mbya Guarani lived in a dispersed way, until they could relocate in their present territory, where they live according to their cultural traditions. We analyzed their resilience factors from a qualitative ethnographic design, which included participant observation and interview techniques. To the Mbya Guarani, resilience is like a chant to life.
