    La creciente competitividad turística de los destinos culturales ha impulsado la creación de nuevos productos turísticos con el objeto de crear y afianzar una oferta integral de ocio que permita al visitante el disfrute de experiencias enriquecedoras y únicas a nivel cultural. En este sentido, el impulso del turismo industrial permite poner en valor el rico patrimonio industrial y cultural existente en numerosos municipios con el objeto de satisfacer las nuevas motivaciones e inquietudes del turista. A este respecto, la identificación y difusión del patrimonio industrial como producto turístico-cultural se presenta como imprescindible para generar una mayor atracción turística hacia los destinos contribuyendo a alcanzar una mayor diferenciación. El propósito de esta investigación es analizar la oferta turístico-cultural que representa el patrimonio industrial de la provincia de Sevilla como marco para el desarrollo de un turismo industrial. En consecuencia, por un lado, se analizará el marco teórico que delimita la conceptualización del turismo industrial, y por otro, se detallará a través de un estudio de casos las principales iniciativas y actuaciones acometidas en materia de turismo industrial en la provincia de Sevilla. Teniendo en cuenta las peculiaridades del objeto de estudio, se ha procedido a seleccionar como metodología de investigación el método del caso, lo que permitirá profundizar en el análisis y comprensión del tema de este trabajo. Asimismo, ello conducirá a poner de relieve las principales características diferenciadoras del turismo industrial sirviendo de referencia para la gestión turístico-cultural de los destinos.

    The growing tourism competitiveness of cultural destinations has promoted the creation of new tourism products in order to create and consolidate a comprehensive range of leisure that allows the visitor to enjoy enriching and culturally unique experiences. In this sense, the momentum of industrial tourism allows to value the rich industrial and cultural heritage existing in many municipalities in order to meet the new motivations and concerns of tourists. In this regard, the identification and dissemination of industrial heritage and cultural tourism product is presented as essential to generate a major tourist attraction to destinations helping to achieve greater differentiation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the cultural tourism offer that represents the industrial heritage of the province of Seville as a framework for the development of industrial tourism. Consequently, on the one hand, the theoretical framework that defines the conceptualization of industrial tourism will be analyzed, and on the other, will be detailed through a case study of the major initiatives and actions undertaken in the field of industrial tourism in the province of Seville. Given the peculiarities of the object of study, it has proceeded to research methodology selected as the case study method, which will deepen the analysis and understanding of the topic of this work. Also, this will lead to highlight the main distinguishing features of industrial tourism serving as a reference for cultural tourism destination management.
