  O presente traballo aborda a importancia de dispor de normas que impulsen a competencia e removan os obstáculos que impiden o funcionamento eficiente dos mercados.
  
  A elaboración de memorias e informes de competencia son un exemplo da importancia da promoción da competencia no ámbito das administracións públicas; iso posibilitará a creación de normas que permitan o funcionamento competitivo dos mercados do que todos nos beneficiamos.

  The present research approaches the importance of having procedure that stimulate the competition and remove the obstacles that prevent the efficient functioning of the markets.
  
  The production of memories and reports of competition are an example of the importance of the Advocacy in the area of the Public Administrations; it will make possible the creation of procedure that allow the competitive functioning of the markets from which we all benefit.
