    La experiencia de vivir en la calle generalmente suele asociarse a quienes pernoctan en la vía pública dejando de lado a otros actores que también están involucrados en torno a ésta: la policía, las patotas nocturnas, los vecinos, etc. El objetivo de este artículo es caracterizar las relaciones que existen entre los diferentes actores que forman parte, directa o indirectamente, de la situación de calle a partir de los testimonios de los adultos que viven en la calle (AVC) recogidos durante el trabajo de campo que culminó con la escritura de la tesis de doctorado. En el entramado de relaciones que se teje en el marco del vivir en la calle se hace presente el Gran Otro (el resto de la sociedad que no duerme en la calle) con quien los AVC mantienen cercanías y lejanías; solidaridades y conflictos.

    Usually, the experience of living in the streets is associated with homeless people but other groups inherently related are forgotten such as police, gangs, neighbors and etcetera. The aim of this paper is to characterize the relationships that exist between the different groups who are involved, directly or indirectly, in the dynamics of homelessness. Adults who live in the streets (ALS) were interviewed during the field work that finished with the writing of the phd thesis. In the network of relationships that is woven around homelessness is important to talk about the presence of the Big Other (the rest of society that does not sleep on the streets) and how the adults who live in the streets build closeness and intimacy while keeping distances with Big Other; sympathies and conflicts.
