Resumen de Gestión del Capital Intelectual y Aprendizaje Holísticode estudiantes de la ULEAM – CHONE

El Objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar la relación existente entre la gestión del capital intelectual y el aprendizaje holístico de los estudiantes de la escuela de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí Extensión Chone (ULEAM – CHONE). Conforme a la naturaleza del presente estudio el método empleado es el no experimental de tipo descriptivo correlacional. Dada las características de éste estudio se han usado pruebas no paramétricas, mediante la prueba Chi cuadrado la cual permite determinar la relación entre la gestión del capital intelectual y el aprendizaje holístico de los estudiantes de la escuela de Ciencias Administrativas. Los resultados obtenidos de la gestión del Capital Intelectual en la ULEAM –CHONE, cuyas dimensiones para este estudio son capital humano, capital relacional, capital estructural, y para el Aprendizaje Holístico se estudiaran las dimensiones conocimiento, praxis y afectividad.

The objective of the present research is to determine the relationship between the management of intellec-tual capital and the holistic learning of the Administra-tive Sciences school students of the Laica Eloy Alfaro of Manabí Extension Chone (ULEAM - CHONE) Uni-versity. According to the nature of the present study the method used is the non-experimental descriptive correlational type. Given the characteristics of this study, non-parametric tests have been used, through the Chi square test, this allows to determine the rela-tionship between the management of intellectual capital and the holistic learning of the Administrative Sciences school ́s students. The results obtained from the mana-gement of Intellectual Capital in the ULEAM-CHONE, whose dimensions for this study are human capital, relational capital, structural capital, and for Holistic Learning will be study the dimensions knowledge, praxis and affectivity
