    En marzo de 2017 se publicó el Anteproyecto de Texto Refundido de la Ley Concursal, que tiene como finalidad eliminar las importantes distorsiones provocadas por sus numerosas reformas. Se pretende, de este modo, dotar al procedimiento de mayor seguridad jurídica a través de la armonización de la estructura de la Ley y de la unificación de su terminología. Así ocurre en la Sección de Calificación, cuyo contenido necesita, no obstante, una segunda reflexión para acabar con cierta descoordinación entre preceptos.

    In March 2017, the Preliminary Draft of the Consolidated Text of the Insolvency Act was published with the purpose of removing the significant distortions caused by its numerous amendments. It is intended, in this way, to provide the insolvency proceedings with greater legal certainty through the harmonization of the structure of the Law and the unification of its terminology. This is the case on the Classification Section, the content of which needs, however, a second reflection in order to finish off a certain lack of coordination between articles.
