Each August, 16 teams gather in Williamsport PA to compete in the Little League World Series of Baseball. In 2014 the exceptional performance by Mo'ne Davis stole the show. Spectators were blown away by her 70+ mile per hour fastball, and her opponents were blown away when she became the first female pitcher to throw a shutout in the Little League postseason.
