    Antes, para tener una buena comunicación dentro de la ciudad, era necesaria la interacción entre las personas; sin embargo, con la llegada del automóvil, la tecnología y la concentración de usos, la ciudad ha perdido dicha necesidad, lo cual implica una individualidad que hace olvidar que convivir enriquece la vivienda y la ciudad. Pero no podemos perder el progreso para regresar a esta necesidad; es necesario generarla respetando el mundo actual, generando comunidades voluntarias que tengan en cuenta las bases de la sociedad tecnológica, es decir, por medio de la covivienda

    the city it was necessary the interaction between people; however, with the arrival of the automobile, technology, and the concentration of uses the contemporary city has lost that need, which leads to individuality forgetting that is co-living which enriches dwelling and the city. But we can`t lose our trajectory and return to the old ways to revive the necessity for interaction, we must find another way to supply this need. Maybe thinking in the co-housing as a way to make communities which see the man as a social species, while respecting the way of the world today.
